Concessions Manager

Essential Functions

• Cleaning the concessions including counters, shelves, drawers, cabinets, drink coolers, refrigerators/freezers, sink(s), pizza warmer(s), Nacho Cheese Machine, Popcorn Machine, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors before each Activity Season begins.
• Documenting and stocking concessions with drinks, candy, chips, nacho cheese, condiments, and cutlery on the day prior to a scheduled activity.
• Prepping taco meat for most activities the day of the activity (at least 3 hours before the activity start time).
• Moving inventory in between concessions after an Activity Season ends.
• Reviewing SignUp.com website to view Volunteer Status, printing sign up reports, and placing them in the concessions prior to the activity start time.
• Wearing gloves when prepping food and providing gloves to volunteers working in the concessions during an activity.
• Maintaining proper food temperature before serving.
• Aiding volunteers and concessions manager 2 when necessary.

Physical Requirements

• Required lifting and standing for long periods of time.
