About the role
The Concessions Kitchen Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the concession stand, ensuring that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in a timely and high-quality manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages to customers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform cash handling duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service equipment and procedures
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
