Concessions/Cashier Staff - Seasonal

About the role

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our event team as Tournament & Event Concessions/Cashiers. In this role, you will be the face of our guest experience during sports tournaments and special events on weekends, as well as public usage hours and court rental patrons on weekdays. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible evening and weekend hours in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist with basic food prep.
• Stock concession stands, coolers, and condiment stations before, during, and after events.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace complying with food safety regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Ability to count change quickly and accurately.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak tournament rush periods.
• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes, beverage crates, and other inventory items as needed.
• Dependable transportation.

Pay

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday evenings; Saturday & Sunday all day (hours vary based on event schedules & facility needs). Weekly Hours: 15-30 hours per week.
