Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided and build relationships with guests.
• Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Operate Point of Sale system and process payments for orders, maintain stock and inventory replenishment, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Able to follow all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift.

Qualifications

• Guest-centric mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with ability to build relationships with diverse guests.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live events.
• Organization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• High Volume Cashier Experience Preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handlers permit and OLCC license.
• Must be 18 years or older for this position.

Schedule

This role is Part-Time hours and Seasonal with the season ending in November. Concessions staff will be scheduled for events therefore will need to be available nights and weekends. Must maintain excellent attendance.

Pay

Starting rate of $16.50 / hour + tips
