About the Role

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during the Biltmore Championship. This position provides customer service, processes transactions, maintains the bar area, and follows all company and alcohol-service policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Provide customer service to guests throughout the event.
  • Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service requirements.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized concession/bar area.
  • Restock beverages, ice, cups, and other supplies as needed.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory, guest concerns, or operational needs.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work with team members to provide efficient service during busy event periods.

Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
  • Previous bartending, concessions, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Must be available to work scheduled event dates, including evenings and the weekend as needed.
  • Must obtain or maintain any required alcohol-service certification based on local requirements.

Pay

$15.00 per hour, tip eligible.

Schedule

Seasonal role from September 14, 2026, to September 20, 2026.
