Concessions Barback| Part-Time l Allegiant Stadium

Responsibilities

• Stocking products for the concessions bar, including nonalcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells, sweeping and mopping the bar, moving kegs in and out of keg coolers, and tapping kegs.
• Running supplies for bartenders back up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.
• Assuring that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas utilizing sanitation procedures; this includes mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and keeping closet areas clear of debris and clutter.
• Show recognized guests that are visibly intoxicated and take action to make bartenders aware of such individuals.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

• Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar capacity is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain or Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events' schedules and business needs.
• Must be 21 or over.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.

Pay

This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.54-$18.17.

The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
