Concessions Attendant - Serena's - PT & FT

About the role

This position is located at Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, KY.

Responsibilities

• Properly receive and greet guests
• Take orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Properly accept and process guest payments
• Prepare/order pizzas, sandwiches, and salads using standard formulas or following directions
• Clean area, maintain dining space, wipe tables, and dispose of trash
• Stock and restock items as necessary
• Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed per local licensing regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior concessions experience preferred, including POS systems
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Clear communication skills
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to obtain a KY Racing License

• Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

• Circulate throughout assigned areas, including smoking areas, to actively observe guests and gaming operations
