Concession Worker | Part-Time | Union Transfer

Responsibilities

• Cash register sales: Taking orders, building orders, and completing transactions.
• Concessions operations: Knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
• Stock management: Maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Customer service: Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Workplace cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serving beverages: Serving beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• ID verification: Checking guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Sanitation and safety: Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in food service industry preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.
