About the role

As a Concessions Supervisor at Q2 Stadium, you will monitor and oversee food service operations to ensure top-quality products and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concession stand operations before, during, and after events.
• Lead, motivate, and support hourly concession staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared, stocked, and presented according to company standards.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages or operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and financial controls.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event-specific expectations and operational updates.
• Assist with opening, closing, and post-event reconciliation procedures.
• Train and coach team members on company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.

Pay

$21.00 per hour
