Concession Stand Worker - Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service.
• Serves a variety of menu items.
• Sells items and collects payment, providing correct change.
• Enters all sales into cash register for accurate recording.
• Cleans up, stores product, removes trash and garbage.
• Serves patrons' food and beverage orders quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor.
• Verifies identification on all customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively sells and upsells items.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Interacts with co-workers to comply with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Performs arithmetic operations involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying items up and down stairs/ramps.
• Availability to work all stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Compliance with state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, complete company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
