Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including simple food and beverage orders.
• Sell items, collect payment, and provide correct change.
• Accurately enter all sales into the cash register.
• Clean work areas, store products, and remove trash/garbage to dumpsters.
• Serve patrons quickly and courteously, ensuring proper portions.
• Verify ID for customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively sell and upsell items.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Perform arithmetic operations involving U.S. monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and comply with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) and perform tasks involving constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be available to work all stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Pay

$16.90 per hour.
