Concession Stand Manager

Responsibilities & Duties

• Complete oversight and operation of concession stand.
• Maintain complete and accurate inventories.
• Supervises setup and breakdown of stand.
• Supervises the production of all menu items.
• Serves our fans when necessary.
• Oversees all cleanliness and sanitation of stand.
• Trains and supervises all stand employees.
• Completes all inventory/order forms accurately.
• Supervises and assists employees in the setup of concession stand.
• Supervises and assists all employees in the preparation of all menu items, consistency being extremely important.
• Able to provide help and guidance when needed.
• Effective communicator to employees and management.

Overall Objective

To operate a clean, safe, organized and profitable stand, while providing excellent customer service, and a positive work environment for our employees.

Work Environment

• Work at a very fast pace, able to do multiple tasks at once, and stay cool headed and organized.
• Must be a quick thinker and problem solver.
• Supervises and directs customer service during game and maintains positive fan experience.
• Supervises all cleanup and proper closing of the concession stand.

• Be reliable and self-sufficient.
• Must be organized and a problem solver.
• Availability to work all season games preferred.
