About the role

As a Concession Grill Cook at Sports Illustrated Stadium, you will prepare and serve food at the grill station while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, following established service steps and standards.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature, visually appealing, and tasty; taste all prepared items.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Maintain records from the work area during service periods.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety/rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Pay

$17.50 per hour.
