Concession: Counter/Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, professional service and take accurate orders
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
• Prepare drinks, coffee, and concession items quickly and accurately
• Keep lines moving during peak game times
• Organize and hand out food orders in a timely manner
• Restock food lines, beverages, and supplies throughout your shift
• Refill beverage and condiment stations
• Stock and overstock inventory as needed
• Receive and store food and beverage inventory in proper food-safe areas
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing workstations
• Sweep, mop, wipe down, disinfect, and continuously keep surfaces clean
• Follow all food safety, Department of Labor, DHEC, and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate with supervisors and team members when stock is low
• Adapt to working in various concession stands throughout the complex
• Work under the supervision of Team Supervisors and the Concessions Outlet Manager

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or currently attending high school (1–3 years of food service or customer service experience preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who follows direction well
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
