Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings, progress reviews, integrated teams, working groups, etc.
- Draft, edit, and review a variety of correspondence and documentation, primarily using Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide information management, records management, scheduling functions, and meeting/conference support.
- Prepare briefing/training materials and present briefings/trainings.
- Liaise and coordinate with personnel at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Provide awareness of new/evolving requirements and recommendations for integration.
- Provide support for planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution.
- Prepare information papers, point papers, background papers, and staff studies.
Task-Specific Responsibilities
- Analyze the solutions proposed in Tasks 1 and 2 and their ability to effectively close identified capability gaps for Air & Ground systems.
- Conduct analysis during Air Force development and implementation of the crypto solution, and provide data to the Government to verify the solution meets the needs identified in Tasks 1 and 2.
- Evaluate the solution, implementation, and transition, and report any deviations from the implementation plan that would impact the warfighter.
- Evaluate selected implementations against current and potential future vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the transition method and implementation.
- Evaluate the selected algorithm-compliant High Assurance Device (HAD), manage and report on the transition of HAD hardware on the cryptonet ordering algorithm-compliant keying material, and support the cutover from the legacy ECU and keying material to the algorithm-compliant HAD and keying material.
- Support RCMP analysis and provide advice to HQ CCC and SAF/CN by collecting and reviewing cryptographic device inputs, modifying Excel and database documentation, and reporting status to SAF
Requirements
- Active TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility
- Demonstrated proficiency in Space COMSEC principles, encompassing the full lifecycle management of cryptographic equipment from development and fielding through sustainment.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cryptographic key management, including ordering, generation, distribution, and destruction, using systems such as KMI;
- Comprehensive understanding of the strategic roles and operational responsibilities of Controlling Authorities and COMSEC account management.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with strategic-level NSA, DoD, and DAF security policies and procedures related to cryptographic and keying material, including classification guides for cryptographic algorithms, equipment, and COMSEC keying material.
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced staff experience planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with cross-functional teams using TMT or other staff coordination standards, document reviews, program updates, and background papers to drive adoption of critical recommendations.

Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cryptographic key management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Experience with cryptographic algorithms, key management, and secure communication protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
Skills
