Program Description
The program prepares students to protect networks, devices, and data from unauthorized access, prevent cyber-attacks, and minimize their impact. Students earn the CompTIA A+ and Network+ industry certifications.
Program Content
The program aims to equip students for various IT occupations through broad, transferable skills including technical and product skills, underlying principles, planning, management, finance, labor issues, community issues, and health, safety, and environmental issues. It also covers communication, leadership, human relations, and employability skills, along with safe, efficient work practices.

Certification: CompTIA A+, Network+
CTSO
SkillsUSA and/or HOSA are approved co-curricular career and technical student organizations.
Articulation
May be available toward credits at Florida public colleges/universities.
Start Date and Times
Starts in August and January. Classes run Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Program Length
Full-time 900 hours, approximately 8 months to complete.

- A: Computer Systems Technician (300 hours)
- B: Computer Network Technician (150 hours)
- C: Computer Networking Specialist (150 hours)
- D: Computer Security Technician (300 hours)
