Computer Systems Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Phone/Email Support
• QA Testing - including automation testing (ALM)
• Provide reporting, guidance, testing, troubleshooting and document maintenance
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data
• Liaison between customers and development team
• Data visualization of dashboards and report creation
• Conduct Analysis of data - Validation of data quality
• Facilitate application access
• SOP and Job Aid updates for field and internal users
• Support customer issues for additional applications under Postal
• Continuous improvement of Postal Initiatives

Required Skills

• Excellent communication - written and verbal
• Troubleshooting/Creative problem solver, Team-oriented
• MS OFFICE Applications (advanced Excel, Access database experience), Advanced SQL coding/database experience

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
• May occasionally be required to move, carry, push, pull and/or lift up to 10 pounds.
• May conduct inventory that requires bending/stooping, witnessing tests or observing fielding or training while on travel.

• Note: This position requires a Public Trust background investigation. This entails an in-depth background check & either US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.
