Computer Systems Analyst

About the role

Bloom Consulting is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and digital modernization solutions to the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support mission-critical operations at The Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve enterprise information systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, and Intune environments
• Aid with endpoint management, software deployments, and device lifecycle management
• Evaluate technical requirements and recommend effective solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Support cloud migration and digital modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity teams, and government stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting mission-critical operations

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
• Experience supporting Windows Enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work on-site at The Pentagon
