Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel

About the role

Join a hospital team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and perform contrast-enhanced CT exams, including moderate sedation protocols if applicable. Ideal candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of functioning autonomously in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Operating multi-slice CT scanners
• Ensuring proper workflow with PACS
• Working independently during night shifts
• Meeting credentialing requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years CT tech experience
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
• Current ARRT certification (Computed Tomography or Radiography)
• BLS certification

Skills

• ACLS certification
• Trauma or emergency department CT experience
• Travel or contract experience
