• CT Technologist or Computed Tomography experience: 1 year
• Certifications:
  • BLS – AHA (copy needed)
  • CERT-ARRT-CT (copy needed)

• Date of Birth required
• Work History: no more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
• References:
  • 1 reference within the last 12 months
  • 1 reference within the past 3 years
