Requirements

• 2 years of Computed Tomography (CT) experience
• Valid state license (RAD-NV)
• BLS certification from AHA (copy required)
• ARRT(CT) certification (copy required)
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• No more than a 90-day gap in work history within the last year
• 1 professional reference covering entire work history
