About the role
Electrical Engineering & RF/Circuit Design Expert Remote position. Independent contractor engagement with opportunities for project extensions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to research-grade physics benchmarks used to evaluate advanced language models.
- Solve, review, and validate complex physics problems across multiple specialized subfields.
- Work asynchronously with a fully remote, flexible schedule.
- Help produce fully human-verified reference solutions for frontier physics reasoning.
Requirements
- Graduate-level training in a relevant STEM field (MS, PhD, or equivalent research experience).
- Proven proficiency with scientific software libraries through research publications or professional work.
- Strong Python skills for writing problem setups and solution validators.
- Ability to work independently and refine problem designs based on feedback.
- Comfortable working in a Linux/terminal environment with remote compute sandboxes.
Pay
- Hourly contract. Pay range $70‑$100 per hour.
- Earn $80 $135 per hour, with weekly payouts via Stripe or Wise.
Schedule
- Typical commitment of ~10 hours per week.
- Project window of 8‑10 weeks.
- Hours per week range: 10‑40 hrs/week.
