Experience identifying customer needs and developing equipment solutions within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or power generation environments is required. Responsibilities: The successful sale of H.O. Penn Power Systems Rental Compressed Air & Temperature Control equipmentMaintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, expected close dates, revenue forecasts, and customer activityDevelop competitive proposals that include equipment, accessories, freight, setup, service, and applicable rental termsDevelop and secure rental and sales opportunities with end users, contractors, and re-rent accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market penetrationCollaborate closely with operations, service, and credit teams to ensure seamless execution of rental transactions, from order processing and equipment readiness through delivery, service support, and billing Growth for H.O. Penn Power Systems Rental products and related equipment and services through promotional and marketing effortsPromote rental capabilities to existing and prospective customers through customer visits, presentations, email campaigns, trade events, and other outreach activitiesIdentify and engage specific customers with compressed air and temperature control rental needs across targeted industries through measurable marketing campaigns and other business development effortsBuild and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including contractors, engineers, facility managers, and other influencers who can generate rental opportunitiesSeek and coordinate customer opportunities for all H.O. Penn products and services (Parts, Service, New and Used Equipment) Stakeholder satisfaction through coordination of customers, associated H.O. Penn support departments, and Power Systems ManagementSubmit rental turn-ins and all required documentation accurately, completely, and within established timeframesCollaborate with the Rental Manager to ensure customer inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed accurately and within established response timeframes.Assist the Credit Department with collecting all past due invoices and follow up on collection of funds retained until successful project completionMaintain ongoing communication throughout the rental transaction with the Rental Coordinator and the Rental Manager in regard to credit issues, equipment availability, delivery schedules, repairs, invoicing, and overall rental coordination Qualifications:5 -7+ years of outside sales, rental sales, equipment sales, or business development experienceKnowledge of compressed air, generator, temperature control, or industrial equipment applications preferredExperience in power systems, compressed air, HVAC, temperature control, construction equipment, industrial equipment, or related industries preferredProven track record of achieving revenue and sales growth objectivesExperience managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunitiesExperience using CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting Physical Requirements:Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of timeHand coordination for typing, writing, and computer useOccasional forward bending and reachingOccasional walking and climbing stairsCarrying (up to 20lbs.)
