Responsibilities

• managing a diverse range of cases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy
• actively mentoring residents across various clinical settings
• participate in community outreach initiatives like Guerrilla Eye Service, Mission of Mercy, and eyeVan, emphasizing service to underserved populations
• additional practice sites available across multiple UPMC facilities and community satellite clinics
• engage in research collaborations to advance care delivery
• work within a supportive, collaborative environment of healthcare professionals

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited school
• board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
• current or obtainable Pennsylvania medical licensure
