About the role

We are a well-established, physician-led comprehensive eye care practice serving patients throughout Central Kentucky. With a long-standing reputation in the community spanning more than 30 years, we are recognized as one of the leading comprehensive ophthalmology practices in the region. Our practice includes a dedicated surgery center and a collaborative team of experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists committed to providing exceptional patient care. This position offers the opportunity to split time equally between our Lexington and Frankfort locations while caring for a primarily geriatric patient population.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical degree in Ophthalmology
• Successful completion of an Ophthalmology residency
• Valid Kentucky medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with an interest in cataract surgery
• Cornea experience is welcomed but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, although experienced candidates who can start sooner are preferred
