Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compounding protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication formulations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Perform quality control checks on compounded medications
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compounding pharmacy
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding techniques and regulations
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid pharmacy license in good standing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
