Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Compensation: $23.75/hour

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Mixing pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas
• Making precise measurements and weighing ingredients
• Operating blending and lab production equipment
• Fulfilling pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation
• Maintaining batch documentation and production records
• Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy
• Keeping lab workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
• Ensuring medications are produced safely, accurately, and on time

• Learning the foundations of compounding pharmacy operations
• Becoming confident with equipment and procedures
• Joining a team focused on delivering high-quality work that supports animals across the country

What We’re Looking For

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A Certified Pharmacy Technician license through the AZ State Board of Pharmacy
• Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic math skills including averages, ratios, and measurements
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
