About the role
Responsible for compounding sterile preparations under cGMP guidelines. Conducts quality checks and maintains accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Compounds sterile preparations according to physician prescriptions and cGMP standards.
- Performs quality control checks on compounded products.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of all compounding activities.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Valid license to practice pharmacy in the state.
- At least 2 years of experience in compounding pharmacy.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding techniques.
- Experience with sterile compounding equipment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
