About the role

KDC has its head office in Longueuil, Québec, and operates 10 facilities throughout North America, employing nearly 4,800 employees. The compounder is responsible for blending all raw materials required in the preparation of bulk product batches, accurately following manufacturing processes from beginning to end, recording pertinent information, combining raw materials per formula/recipe, observing temperatures and reactions, recording batch data, obtaining in‑process and final batch samples, and carrying out changeovers smoothly while working with the compounding Team Lead, Industrial Chemist, QA, and R&D to ensure proper blending and traceability of ingredients.
