Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any issues related to candidate screenings.
  • Ensure adherence to enhanced security screening protocols to maintain a secure hiring process.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting background checks and security screenings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to background checks and security screenings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in background check software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
