Responsibilities
- Manufacture, repair, and overhaul composite panels and other products/services in accordance with applicable approved data under supervision of a qualified technician.
- Maintain production labor hours for services performed within average time allowed.
- Promote safety in daily tasks, including the safety of peers.
- Prioritize work assignments to meet customer demand.
- Participate in new product development to include destructive test panels and first article products.
- Maintain the general care and maintenance of shop equipment and product tooling.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge in reading and following work instructions, process data, and performing job instructions as instructed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring shop equipment with precision and a strong safety mindset.
- Knowledge of general care and maintenance of shop equipment and product tooling.

What You Bring To this Role
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Metal bonding, sheet metal, and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge in reading and following work instructions, process data, and performing job instructions as instructed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring shop equipment with precision and a strong safety mindset.
- Knowledge of general care and maintenance of shop equipment and product tooling.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
- Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
