We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Summary: description about company and role. That could be "About the role" or maybe "Job Summary". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" heading for the summary. Then DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: list of duties. Use
  • . Then "We offer fantastic benefits:" list benefits. That's Benefits section. Then "Job Qualifications": qualifications. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We have both "Job Qualifications" and "Required Skills:" and "Preferred Skills/Qualifications:". So we need sections: Requirements (maybe minimal qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe required skills). But we must only include sections when there is real specific content. We have content for each. We also have Pay: Salary range given. So include Pay section. Schedule: "9/80 work schedule" mentioned under benefits? Actually it's listed under benefits: "We offer fantastic benefits: Competitive salaries in a pay-for-performance environment 401(K) retirement program Pension plan with company contribution 9/80 work schedule Medical, dental, and vision benefits". So schedule is part of benefits but also could be separate Schedule section. The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state "9/80 work schedule". So we could have a Schedule section with that detail. However we already have benefits section that includes that. But we can still have separate Schedule if we want, but we should avoid duplication? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine schedule into Benefits? But they said to include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state schedule, but we could still include it as part of Benefits. However they gave example headings including Schedule. It might be okay to have Schedule separate with the 9/80 work schedule. But then Benefits would lose that detail. We could keep Benefits with other benefits and Schedule separate with just the 9/80 work schedule. That seems okay. Pay: Salary range. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove EEO etc. The posting includes "We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply." That's EEO boilerplate; should be removed. Also remove "Job Type: Full-Time". That's maybe metadata but could be kept? It's not a heading; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop as minor metadata. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems. We have an exciting opportunity for a Composite Engineer to join our team at the Adelanto Flight Test Facility. • 401(K) retirement program
    • Pension plan with company contribution
    • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
    Schedule:

    Schedule

    Pay:

    Pay

    Salary range: $68,770 - $116,193

    Requirements (maybe Job Qualifications):

    Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution and two or more years of engineering experience. May substitute equivalent engineering experience in lieu of education.

Qualifications (maybe "Job Qualifications" already used; but we could treat as "Qualifications" for preferred? Actually we have Required Skills and Preferred Skills/Qualifications. So we could have:

    Qualifications

Must have a good understanding of mechanical and composite engineering concepts, principles, and theory with technical experience demonstrating the application of those concepts, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment and organize work assignments to meet established timelines.

Requires good communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to work both independently and on a team.

Able to work extended hours and on-call as required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance is required.

But that seems repetitive with Skills. Maybe better to combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? However instruction: use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have content for each. We have Required Skills list: "Must have an understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theory. Demonstrates the ability to follow and apply engineering knowledge, adapt standard techniques, and utilize the required diagnostics, tools and equipment, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Must be able to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment. Good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other professionals, to produce appropriate documentation, and to present results to a limited internal audience. Experience with composite materials, resin systems, tools, layup methods, cure cycles, and basic repair methodology. Experience in reading and understanding complex vehicle drawings and composite layup schedules and in providing redlines for these types of documents. Familiar with NDI methods related to both composite and metal structures." Preferred Skills/Qualifications list. Thus we can have:

    Skills

for required skills? Could separate Required Skills and Preferred Skills but we only have one Skills heading. Could embed both required and preferred as sub-lists? Might be okay to have Required Skills under Skills heading, and Preferred Skills maybe under Qualifications? But we already used Qualifications for some statements. Better: Use Requirements for education/experience baseline. Use Qualifications for the "must have good understanding..." etc. Use Skills for the required skills list (technical). Then maybe add another section for Preferred Skills? But we don't have a heading for Preferred; we could incorporate under Skills as a subheading? Not allowed to create new headings beyond the given list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says prefer few substantive sections. Could add a Preferred Skills subsection inside Skills using
with a note? Might be okay to just list both required and preferred under Skills, maybe separate with a comment? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both required and preferred as separate lists under Skills heading, maybe with a Required Skills: and Preferred Skills: inside
      • ? That might be messy. Alternative: Have Skills heading for required skills, and add another heading "Preferred Skills" but that's not in the list; maybe we can treat Preferred Skills as part of Qualifications? Actually Qualifications already includes some of those statements (good understanding, ability to understand new concepts, communication skills, etc). The Preferred Skills list includes hands-on experience, SAP, etc. So we could put Preferred Skills under Qualifications as additional bullet points. Thus: Requirements: education/experience. Qualifications: includes the "must have good understanding..." etc plus preferred skills bullet list. Skills: maybe we could omit? But we have required skills list that is distinct from qualifications. However the qualifications already cover many of those points (understanding concepts, ability to understand new concepts, communication skills, etc). The required skills list includes more specific technical experience: composite materials, resin systems, tools, layup methods, cure cycles, basic repair methodology, reading drawings, NDI methods. Those are not covered in qualifications. So we need Skills for those. Thus:

        Skills

        • Experience with composite materials, resin systems, tools, layup methods, cure cycles, and basic repair methodology.
        • Experience in reading and understanding complex vehicle drawings and composite layup schedules and in providing redlines for these types of documents.
        • Familiar with NDI methods related to both composite and metal structures.
But we also need to include the earlier parts of Required Skills: "Must have an understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theory. Demonstrates the ability to follow and apply engineering knowledge, adapt standard techniques, and utilize the required diagnostics, tools and equipment, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Must be able to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment. Good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other professionals, to produce appropriate documentation, and to present results to a limited internal audience." These could be placed under Qualifications as they are more about abilities. So Qualifications will contain those statements plus preferred skills. Thus: Qualifications:
        • Must have a good understanding of mechanical and composite engineering concepts, principles, and theory with technical experience demonstrating the application of those concepts, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
        • Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment and organize work assignments to meet established timelines.
        • Requires good communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
        • Must be able to work both independently and on a team.
        • Able to work extended hours and on-call as required.
        • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance is required.
        • Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
