Risk-Based Compliance Testing

• Execute testing across BSA/AML and consumer protection regulations, including MLA, TILA, UDAAP, ECOA, and SCRA
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Testing Activities

• Perform end-to-end testing of policies, procedures, controls, and business processes
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions

Collaboration

• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders
• Support issue remediation
• Validate corrective actions
• Strengthen the overall control environment

Reporting

• Prepare detailed testing workpapers
• Prepare reports
• Prepare executive summaries
• To support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and ongoing compliance monitoring
