Essential FunctionsAssist in executing the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program to identify and manage compliance risks in the Payments Division.Maintain knowledge of federal regulations and use the FDIC Consumer Compliance Exam Manual for reviews.Understand relevant laws and regulations, including Third-Party Risk Management, Electronic Funds Transfers Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and others.Conduct detailed transactional testing and analysis to evaluate regulatory risk processes and controls.Complete test scripts and workpapers accurately with supporting documentation.Document observations and exceptions clearly, providing evidence for findings.Communicate proactively with management for updates and escalate concerns promptly.Support in drafting review findings and reports, ensuring accurate compliance findings and remediation.Ensure identified issues are logged in the Issues Management system.Facilitate collaboration with compliance, legal, payments teams, and senior management as needed.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Problem-solving capabilities, able to synthesize information and draw conclusions.Self-motivated and team-oriented, open to feedback.Interpersonal skills for interaction with all management levels.Knowledge of payment program regulations and experience in planning tests and identifying issues.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree required.Licenses/Certifications: CRCM, CIA, CAMS, or similar certifications preferred.Experience: 1-3 years in compliance testing, monitoring, or auditing within financial services. Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance assurance. Alternatively, 5 years of relevant work experience.
