About the role
Support and advance enterprise compliance and privacy programs within a multi-state healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to the compliance team
- Manage investigations, risk assessments, and audits
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, billing, and operational standards
- Oversee vendor relationships and conduct onsite compliance assessments
- Offer guidance on billing, coding, and lab compliance
- Develop and deliver compliance training
- Support privacy and conflict of interest programs
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of compliance
Qualifications
- Strong healthcare compliance knowledge
- Experience with investigations and risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Dermatology experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CHC, CCEP)
- Clinical background
- Familiarity with compliance tools and data analytics
