Compliance Specialist, Warehouse
Ssential Duties And Responsibilities
Aid in the creation and execution of compliance programs and policies.
Conduct compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and internal procedures.
Identify non-compliance issues and propose corrective measures.
Offer guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
Maintain vigilance over regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance across different departments.
Assist in investigating compliance-related incidents and violations.
Support the development and upkeep of compliance documentation and records.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory agencies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $29.71 – $37.14 per hour.
