Compliance Specialist - Lincoln
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Why Join This Team?" maybe not a standard heading; but we can include if it's substantive? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. "Why Join This Team?" is not one of the allowed headings; we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate its content into maybe Benefits or something? But we must not invent sections. Probably we should ignore that part. Also "Our Commitment to Diversity" is EEO boilerplate, remove. "Other Duties:" maybe not needed. "Drug-Free Workplace" maybe not a standard heading; could be part of Benefits? But it's not benefits; maybe we can include under a generic section? Not allowed. Probably drop it.
We need to preserve all substantive information: location, job type, schedule varies, compensation & benefits details, about Ho-Chunk & WarHorse Gaming, position summary, key responsibilities, qualifications & experience, work environment & physical requirements, schedule (already mentioned), drug-free workplace maybe not needed.
We need sections: About the role (maybe position summary?), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (maybe qualifications & experience?), Qualifications (maybe education?), Skills (maybe specific skills), Benefits (compensation & benefits), Pay (salary range), Schedule (schedule details). We must only include sections if there is real specific content.
Let's extract:
- About Ho-Chunk, Inc. & WarHorse Gaming: that's about the company, not exactly "About the role". Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So "About the role" likely corresponds to position summary / overview. We'll put position summary there.
- Responsibilities: key responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe "Must be 19 years of age or older" etc? Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "College degree or equivalent combination..." etc.
- Skills: maybe list of skills like problem-solving, communication, etc.
- Benefits: compensation & benefits details: Salary Range: Based on experience, Federal Employees Medical Coverage, Full insurance coverage offerings, 401(k) with immediate vesting & company match, Quarterly incentive program, Vacation, holiday & sick days, Discounted meal program.
- Pay: Salary Range: Based on experience (but that's vague). The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "Salary Range: Based on experience". That's somewhat vague but it's still a statement. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's stating it's based on experience. Might be considered placeholder? The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Based on experience" is similar. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section if it's just based on experience. However they also have compensation & benefits section which includes salary range statement. We could put salary info under Benefits? But Benefits section is for benefits; Pay separate for salary. If we omit Pay, we lose salary info. But we could include Pay with the statement "Based on experience". The instruction says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state "Salary Range: Based on experience". That's a statement, albeit vague. I'd include it.
- Schedule: they have "Schedule varies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays" and later "Schedule Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs". So we have schedule info.
Now we need to remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Work Environment & Physical Requirements" maybe not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? Not sure. Could create a section? Not in allowed list. Probably drop it or incorporate into Requirements? But we must preserve all substantive information. Could add a
under Requirements or Qualifications? Might be okay to add a
after Qualifications? But we must not create new headings not in list. So we can add a paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications. Perhaps better to add a
under Requirements (or Qualifications) describing work environment. Let's structure:

Skills
We need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Qualifications: education/experience, knowledge of Title 31, etc. Skills: problem-solving, mediation, consulting, communication, Microsoft Office, database research, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently/collaboratively, confidentiality, professionalism. But some overlap. We'll try to keep distinct. Let's extract from qualifications & experience section: "Must be 19 years of age or older Two (2) years of experience in gaming, banking, or auditing preferred College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Knowledge of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act preferred Strong problem-solving, mediation, and consulting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database research Ability to sustain confidentiality and professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization" We can split: Qualifications (education/experience): Must be 19+, 2 years experience preferred, College degree preferred, Knowledge of Title 31/BSA preferred, Knowledge of applicable federal, state, local regulations. Skills: Strong problem-solving, mediation, consulting skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database research; Ability to sustain confidentiality and professionalism; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels. Benefits: from Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: Based on experience; Federal Employees Medical Coverage; Full insurance coverage offerings; 401(k) with immediate vesting & company match; Quarterly incentive program; Vacation, holiday & sick days; Discounted meal program. Pay: Salary Range: Based on experience (maybe we can just include in Benefits? But we need Pay section if we have salary info. Could put salary info under Benefits but that's mixing. Perhaps we can put Pay section with the salary range statement, and Benefits section with other benefits. That seems okay. Schedule: Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Also earlier: Schedule varies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We'll combine. Now ensure we don't include filler like "Based on experience" maybe okay. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate removed: About Ho-Chunk, Inc. & WarHorse Gaming we kept as part of About the role? Actually we omitted that description. We need to preserve that substantive info. The About Ho-Chunk, Inc. & WarHorse Gaming is about the company, not the role. Should we include it somewhere? Could be part of About the role? Might be better to add a section "About the company" but not allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph as extra info. The instruction: usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. So we must fit company description into About the role paragraph. That's okay. Thus About the role paragraph will include position summary plus company description. Let's craft About the role paragraph:
