We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines like "If you are excited to be part of our team..." etc. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The opening paragraph: "OnTrac is hiring a Compliance Specialist in the Houston, TX area! Are you eager to join a dynamic and expanding company where you can both learn and make a meaningful impact? If you possess a strong sense of empathy, enjoy assisting others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at problem-solving, we encourage you to apply today to connect with a recruiter! Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S." That's about the company and role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

containing that text. - Location: "Location: 11440 Tanyard Creek Dr. Ste. 1 Houston, TX 77040". Also Travel Requirement: "This position is based out of the Houston site but requires up to 60% travel to support operations at company locations in surrounding areas." Shift: "This role operates on a variable schedule with hours assigned according to business needs. Specific shifts and workdays are not guaranteed and may change based on operational priorities." Compensation: "The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors." We need sections: Pay, Schedule, Benefits? Benefits not mentioned. So only Pay and Schedule if they have real specific content. Pay: we have specific ranges. Schedule: variable schedule description. We also have Job Function, Job Family, Job Summary, Primary Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs), Typical Degree & Years Of Experience, Physical Requirements, Travel Requirements, Minimal Complexity & Problem Solving, Knowledge & Application, Discretion & Impact, Collaboration & Interaction, Scope of Management & Supervision, Additional Qualifications, ADA Statement, etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities list. Requirements: maybe Typical Degree & Years Of Experience, Physical Requirements? But "Requirements" could include experience, education, physical requirements. Qualifications: maybe Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) and Additional Qualifications? But we have separate Skills heading. The instruction says use headings for those specific categories. We need to decide mapping. We have Skills heading: could contain Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) list. Qualifications heading: could contain Typical Degree & Years Of Experience, Physical Requirements, Travel Requirements? But Travel Requirements is separate? Actually Travel Requirement is given earlier; but we might include under Qualifications or maybe not needed as separate heading (since not in list). The instruction says only use those headings; we can put travel info under Qualifications or maybe under About the role? But better to include under Qualifications as part of requirements. Benefits: none mentioned, so omit. Pay: we have compensation details. Schedule: we have shift/variable schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual ranges. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, travel requirement, shift, compensation, job function, job family, job summary, responsibilities, KSAs, typical degree & years experience, physical requirements, travel requirements (again?), minimal complexity & problem solving, knowledge & application, discretion & impact (maybe not applicable), collaboration & interaction, scope of management & supervision (not applicable), additional qualifications, ADA statement (maybe we can drop as boilerplate? It's about accommodation; could be considered EEO/legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ADA statement is about reasonable accommodation; could be considered EEO/legal. Likely we should remove it. Also the duplicated lines about being excited to be part of team etc. Remove. Also remove "Lasership, Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile..." etc. Now we need to produce HTML fragment. Let's structure:

Schedule

This role operates on a variable schedule with hours assigned according to business needs. Specific shifts and workdays are not guaranteed and may change based on operational priorities.

We have duplicated schedule text; we already included shift in Requirements. But we could keep schedule section with that description. However we might avoid duplication. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original? But we might want to avoid repeating same sentence twice. However the original had shift description under "Shift:" and also we used it in Requirements. We could keep schedule section with that same text; it's not invented. It's okay to duplicate? Might be considered redundant but not violating. However we could move shift description to Schedule section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. But we need to preserve location and travel requirement etc. Let's think. We have location and travel requirement under Requirements. We could also include shift under Schedule. That seems logical: Requirements: location, travel, experience, physical. Schedule: shift description. Pay: compensation. Skills: KSAs. Responsibilities: list. About the role: intro. We also have Job Function, Job Family, Job Summary, Minimal Complexity & Problem Solving, Knowledge & Application, Discretion & Impact, Collaboration & Interaction, Scope of Management & Supervision, Additional Qualifications. Where to put those? They are substantive. They don't fit exactly into allowed headings but we could incorporate them into Requirements or Qualifications or Skills? The instruction says use those headings for section headings; but we can also have other headings? It says: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections, but not that we cannot have other headings? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. So we need to map all content into those categories. Thus we need to fit Job Function, Job Family, Job Summary, etc. into one of those headings. Perhaps "Qualifications" could include Job Function, Job Family, Job Summary, Minimal Complexity & Problem Solving, Knowledge & Application, Discretion & Impact, Collaboration & Interaction, Scope of Management & Supervision, Additional Qualifications. But that seems odd. Alternatively, we could treat "Requirements" as encompassing experience, education, physical, travel, location, and also job function/family/summary? But those are more about the role. Maybe we can create a "Qualifications" section for KSAs and additional qualifications, and "Requirements" for experience, education, physical, location, travel. And "Skills" for KSAs? But we already used Skills for KSAs. Hmm. We have both Skills and Qualifications headings available. We could put KSAs under Skills, and Additional Qualifications under Qualifications. Job Function, Family, Summary could go under About the role or Qualifications? Perhaps About the role already includes company overview; we could add Job Function, Family, Summary there as more detail about the role. Let's attempt: About the role: includes company intro, job function, job family, job summary. Responsibilities: primary responsibilities. Requirements: location, travel requirement, shift? Actually shift goes to Schedule. So Requirements: location, travel requirement, typical degree & years experience, physical requirements. Skills: KSAs (understanding industry terminology, communication, etc.) Qualifications: Additional Qualifications (maybe none besides ADA? but we remove ADA). Could also include Minimal Complexity & Problem Solving, Knowledge & Application, Discretion & Impact, Collaboration & Interaction, Scope of Management & Supervision. Those are more about the role's complexity etc. Could fit under Qualifications. Pay: compensation. Schedule: shift description. Benefits: none. We need to ensure we don't leave any heading empty.
