Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned Field Partners, supporting onboarding, training, compliance, and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor Field Partner performance, conduct periodic reviews, identify trends, and support corrective action plans when necessary.
- Educate Field Partners on company policies, procedures, service expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure Field Partners maintain required licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Manage vendor records and documentation while maintaining accuracy and data integrity within company systems.
- Investigate and help resolve Field Partner performance issues, escalations, and disputes in a fair and professional manner.
- Support the expansion and maintenance of the Field Partner network by identifying capability gaps and onboarding new partners as needed.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal stakeholders to support operational initiatives, cost management efforts, and vendor-related projects.
- Manage a high-volume workload from multiple business units while meeting established service-level expectations.
- Analyze performance, compliance, and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and Field Partners regarding priorities, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in vendor management, compliance administration, operations support, customer service, account coordination, or a related business function preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms and technologies.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering timely solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and Field Partners.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support corrective action planning.
- Strong orientation toward policy, procedure, and compliance requirements.
- Mechanical, technical, or construction-services aptitude preferred.

- Ability to have a large number of tasks “open” at any given time.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually - Pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
