Responsibilities
- Oversee a property portfolio of at least 800 units
- Manage and monitor compliance reporting
- Investigate, follow up, and follow through on matters that may arise within assigned portfolio
- Perform site visits and participate in external agency audits to ensure program property compliance
- Review customer data to ensure Federal, State and Local program compliance for the Housing Resources, Resident Services and Property Management divisions
- Compile data/statistics, prepare reports, documents, and written correspondence
- Provide recommendations for corrective action for Federal, State and Local housing programs
- Provide recommendations for development of new procedures
- Perform quarterly trainings
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in federally subsidized affordable housing programs such as Housing Choice Voucher, Tax Credit or other subsidized housing program; Program Certification preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a compliance function with exposure to internal audit processes or continuous risk assessment procedures to include planning, scheduling, reporting and continuous review
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field
Skills
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to subsidized housing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people of varied backgrounds

- Grade 21 - Min:$64,696 / Mid:$85,416 / Max:$106,136
Schedule
- Salary determined by departmental budget
