About the role
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across various General Atomics and affiliated companies.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze compliance policies and procedures
- Identify and assess potential compliance risks
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
- Conduct internal audits and provide feedback
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
