About the role

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across various General Atomics and affiliated companies.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze compliance policies and procedures
  • Identify and assess potential compliance risks
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Conduct internal audits and provide feedback
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
