MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Regulatory Oversight: Monitor and review compliance requirements for deposit products, services, and operations (including Reg CC, Reg E, Reg DD, CRA, and UDAAP)
- Compliance Review Execution: Execute assigned compliance reviews in accordance with the annual compliance review schedule, ensuring all scheduled reviews such as, but not limited to Reg E disputes, TISA, Reg CC exception holds, and garnishments.
- CRA Examination Support: Assist with the preparation and organization of documentation for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Examinations.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES
- Obtain and maintain current knowledge of changes in banking and financial compliance related laws and regulations regarding Reg E, TISA, Reg CC, and CRA
- A general understanding of banking regulations.
Education and Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, compliance, or a related financial service role.
Technical/Functional Competencies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently, and priority tasks as needed.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Exhibit leadership skills with a strong ability to communicate.
