Job Title: HR Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic team as an HR Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in preparing for HR audits through meticulous file scanning and organization. Your expertise will ensure compliance and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information, contributing to the seamless operation of the HR department. Responsibilities Prepare for HR audits by scanning and organizing employee files.Organize, file, and secure outstanding employee records.Ensure compliance and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.Coordinate file organization and maintain HR confidential files.Provide administrative support and executive assistance as needed.Assist with data entry and management of HR-related documents.Handle email correspondence, particularly with sr executives. Essential Skills 3+ years of professional experience.Experience working with confidential information.Proficiency in organizing HR files.1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel.Experience with sr-level email correspondence. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint.Experience in administrative support and clerical tasks.Understanding of immigration law and employment verifications.Knowledge of employment records and H1B visa processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
