Responsibilities
- Performs quality assurance and business process improvement activities in support of SCE and delivers both analysis and reports utilizing best practice analytics methodologies.
- Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Participates and provides input to the service level agreement (SLA) process.
- Utilizes data analytics and other tools to drive data-based decision making and advises on advanced data gathering and record maintenance.
- Identifies cost reduction opportunities across all facets of the business units.
- Performs independent evaluations and risk assessments of activities across the products development lifecycle.
- Identifies root causes and trends, builds complex reports, and presents key recommendations to management for critical decision making.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of quality control processes and makes recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Acts as a key resource to Management and internal stakeholders regarding data sources, extraction methods and data interpretation.
- Acts as an SME for technical and process questions for various reports and performance metrics.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience with advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL, SAS, and Python skills and experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple enterprise data sources.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards.
- Experience developing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Experience automating reports, dashboards, and data workflows.
Schedule
This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
