Position Overview
What You’ll Do
- Create testing steps and maintain test plans for mobile and web applications
- Execute test plans and administer regression testing runs across multiple environments and deployments
- Document issues in our issue management system and work with developers and product managers on resolving discrepancies, software bugs, and other defects
- Maintain testing and validation documentation for product releases, internal tools, and system validations
- Work with our engineering and product teams to understand product specifications
What You’ll Need
- Interest in QA testing and/or software development
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
- A highly detail-oriented and organized approach
- The ability to be proactive in resolving issues
- A Bachelor’s degree - no particular major is required, nor is a background in QA or technology
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.7+
