🚀 Compliance Program Manager
About the role
We're hiring a Compliance Program Manager to run multiple healthcare compliance programs in parallel and keep everyone - customers and internal teams alike - accountable to what they committed to. Reporting to the VP of Compliance, you'll own multiple customer engagements at once: facilitating discussions, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and driving decisions from onboarding through implementation and ongoing support. You'll bring structure to complex work, spot risk early, and keep momentum when things get hard. This role is fundamentally about translation. You understand how compliance teams operate day to day - audits, oversight, regulatory change, policies, reporting - and you turn that understanding into clear, actionable direction for Readily's Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Your read on where customers hit friction is what tells us the difference between a product need, a config question, a training gap, and a process fix.
What You’ll Do
- Run multiple customer engagements simultaneously - kickoff through implementation, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Own the plan: timelines, milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Spot delays before they happen and coordinate the response. Hold customers and internal teams accountable to their commitments.
- Be the trusted point of contact for compliance leaders, operational teams, and executive stakeholders - leading meetings, working sessions, trainings, and implementation discussions.
- Drive onboarding, training, and adoption so customers realize value from Readily inside their existing workflows.
- Translate customer conversations into crisp internal action items - owners, deadlines, decisions - and hold Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to customer-facing commitments.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, surface recurring patterns, and help Product and Engineering understand the real problem behind the request.
- Build the repeatable processes, templates, and escalation paths that let this function scale as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Healthcare compliance fluency: You've worked in managed care, health plans, provider organizations, or another highly regulated healthcare environment, and you know compliance activities - audits, oversight, regulatory change, policies, reporting, monitoring, corrective action. This is non-negotiable; the role is translation.
- Operator's instinct: 4+ years in program management, project management, implementation, customer success, or compliance operations. You juggle many projects and shifting priorities without dropping detail.
- Structure in chaos: Strong organizational skills and the ability to impose order on complex, evolving work.
- Follow-through: You do what you said you'd do, and you hold others to the same standard.
- Trusted communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills. You build trust with technical, operational, compliance, and executive stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable moving fast: Priorities shift here. That energizes you rather than rattles you.
