Compliance Oversight Manager - Real Estate Secured Servicing
About the role
This role is not eligible for TD work visa support or sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, TN or other work visa authorizations).
The individual will lead and coordinate compliance-related initiatives, manage regulatory exams, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business partners.
The role requires strong communication and reporting capabilities, along with subject matter expertise in consumer lending regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provides advice, support and objective guidance to assigned portfolio, business or function on development and maintenance of all aspects of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.
- Works independently and is accountable for managing a specialized Compliance function or area.
- Provides comprehensive coverage for a significant business or functional area across all legal entities and jurisdictions where TD operates.
- Manages/assists with regulatory reviews including inquiries, audits, and exams.
- Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements related issues at all levels.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Mortgage servicing experience, either in the business or related risk functions.
- 3rd party oversight experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations including Reg Z, Reg X, FDPA and SCRA.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mortgage servicing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Excel.
- Experience in compliance project work and cross-functional initiatives.
- Independent thinker with sound judgment and the ability to challenge effectively.
- CRCM a plus.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience.
Skills

Pay
$91,000 - $145,600 USD
Schedule
The role operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November 2025, this expectation will increase to four days per week. Due to limited office space, the exact timing of this transition may vary depending on availability and individual circumstances.
