Compliance Monitoring & Testing Lead- Legal

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Compliance Monitoring & Testing Lead - Legal to provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement automated compliance monitoring systems
• Define and configure AI-driven detection logic within compliance platforms
• Build real-time risk dashboards for executive insights on compliance health
• Deliver high-level narrative reports on monitoring outputs for stakeholders
• Design risk-based compliance testing programs across business units
• Lead the integration of AI tools for regulatory tracking and predictive analytics
• Serve as a liaison between Ethics & Compliance and business functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field with 12 years relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in automated compliance monitoring systems or GRC platforms
• Proven ability to design and execute risk-based audit or testing programs
• Skilled in developing executive-level risk dashboards and KRIs using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Preferred advanced degree or certifications (CISA, CFE, CIA) related to compliance or data analytics

Pay

$147,100 – $190,700 annually
