About the role

This role will drive complex compliance programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and improvement of BSA/AML compliance processes for various lending products
  • Act as a compliance advisor during the product development phases with multiple teams
  • Manage compliance initiatives related to new deposit products and regulatory enhancements
  • Oversee customer due diligence programs in alignment with compliance procedures
  • Evaluate risks to formulate transaction monitoring rules and investigation processes
  • Monitor regulatory changes to update business processes and controls accordingly
  • Create key risk and performance indicators to measure compliance program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years in BSA/AML compliance or related roles at a regulated financial institution
  • Strong implementation experience in customer onboarding and due diligence processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements like BSA and USA PATRIOT Act
  • Experience with managing compliance initiatives and developing AML risk assessments
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to drive policy improvements and audit readiness

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$115,800 – $160,100 annually
