Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Regulatory Compliance Officer for Michigan Medicaid
• Build relationships with leadership teams and external regulators
• Oversee Medicaid operations to ensure compliance and reduce risk
• Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance auditing plans
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to internal and external partners
• Analyze documents to identify evidence meeting regulatory standards
• Prepare and coordinate responses for external audits
• Enhance compliance data analytics and operational improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compliance or managed care especially related to Medicaid
• 3+ years of regulatory interpretation and healthcare compliance guidance experience
• 3+ years analyzing metrics related to contract compliance

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually
